My love, best friend, companion, and confidant left me yesterday.
She finally drove away with her husband yesterday in the morning, to his place in Florida, several hours away from me.
She got married in May this year, and had remained with me until yesterday, giving me three extra months to say farewell.
But yesterday she finally left.
I’m happy she found her love. I’m sad she left me.

The greatest news.
I met my granddaughter yesterday for the first time.
Because of the Covid 19 pandemic, we were unable to meet until yesterday.
She is now 13 months.
Born in the Kòró era,
my granddaughter knows only two faces:
her mother and her father.
These kids born in the United States
to parents who are isolating
only know two faces.
